Accept PayPal payments with Checky Pro
The wallet shoppers trust at stores they have never bought from before — running on your own PayPal contract, with no processing fee from us.
New here? Checky Pro is the payments & checkout platform for modern e-commerce — PayPal is one of the 21 payment methods you can switch on today.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a wallet with an account behind it. A customer signs in, picks a funding source they set up years ago — a balance, a bank account, a card — and pays without ever handing your store a card number. That indirection is the whole product: PayPal is the party the shopper trusts, so your store does not have to earn that trust first.
It matters most exactly where new stores struggle. A shopper who has never heard of you will hesitate before typing sixteen digits, but will click a PayPal button without thinking, because if the parcel never arrives they know who to complain to. That is Buyer Protection, and it is why PayPal keeps showing up in checkouts long after everyone predicted wallets would replace it.
Through Checky Pro, PayPal runs on your own PayPal contract. You keep your existing agreement and rate, PayPal pays out to your PayPal account on its own schedule, and we add no processing fee on top — only the platform fee that applies to every payment. What you gain is having it in the same checkout and the same dashboard as everything else, instead of managing it as a separate island.

Why PayPal, and why through Checky Pro
The top row is the method itself; the bottom row is what our platform adds on top of it.
Trust you have not earned yet
First-time buyers who would never type a card number at an unfamiliar store will click a PayPal button, because they know who to go to if something goes wrong.
No details to type
The customer signs in and pays. No card number, no billing address, no shipping address — the same shortcut the device wallets give you, for people who do not use them.
On your own rate
You keep the PayPal agreement you already have. We do not sit in the middle of that pricing and we do not add to it.
One checkout, not two systems
PayPal sits next to cards, wallets and local methods in the same checkout — no separate plugin, no second place to look.
We take nothing extra
Your PayPal rate is between you and PayPal. We add no processing fee on top of it.
Visible in the same reporting
PayPal orders show up in the same transaction list and the same analytics as everything else, even though the money moves separately.
How a PayPal payment works
From click to balance — what your customer sees, and what happens behind it.
- 1
Picks PayPal at checkout
One click in your checkout, or straight from the express button above the form.
- 2
Signs in to PayPal
The customer confirms € 89,00 with the funding source they already set up.
- 3
Back in your store, confirmed
The customer returns to your confirmation page and the order can go to fulfilment.
- 4
Paid out by PayPal
The money lands in your PayPal account on PayPal’s own schedule, and the payment is visible in your Checky Pro dashboard.

What does PayPal cost through Checky Pro?
Whatever your own PayPal agreement says. We add no processing fee on top — only the platform fee that applies to every payment you take. The rate itself stays between you and PayPal.
Do I need my own PayPal account?
Yes. PayPal runs on your existing contract, so you connect the account you already have. If you do not have one yet, you create it with PayPal directly and then connect it.
Where does the money land?
In your PayPal account, on PayPal’s own payout schedule — not in your Checky Pro balance. The transaction still appears in your dashboard, so your reporting stays in one place.
How do PayPal disputes work?
Through PayPal Buyer Protection, on PayPal’s terms and at PayPal’s rates. Our chargeback fee and our pre-dispute alerts do not apply, because the dispute never touches the card networks.
Can I use PayPal for subscriptions?
Yes — PayPal supports recurring billing through your own agreement.
