More payments through, every cent accounted for

Smarter routing gets more of your payments approved, and everything after that — every transaction, every fee, every payout — is visible in the same dashboard.

One payment, more than one route

When one acquiring route declines a payment, the next one tries — the difference between a lost order and a sale.

Coverage per market

Every cent accounted for

One balance across markets and methods, on a payout schedule you can plan around — 3 to 7 business days on every method.

See the rate card

Priced down to the transaction

No bundled statement line. Every payment shows what you were charged and what you keep.

Numbers that answer questions

Acceptance, revenue and method performance per store — compared against the period before, so you see movement instead of a snapshot.

Switch on the methods your customers use

24 across cards, wallets and local favourites. You decide which ones appear in your checkout, per market — the same switches you see here.

Chargebacks, handled — and judged where they happen

Fighting a dispute should not mean digging through three systems for a tracking code. The case is already assembled when it reaches you. And we do not judge your whole account on one number: we look per store and per product, so a single problem does not put your payouts on hold.

Everything the issuer asks for is pulled from the order itself — you review it, add your side of the story, and submit.

How we assess merchants

No unexplained holds — if something needs attention, you hear it from a person first.

The chargeback that never happens

Card issuers warn us before a chargeback is filed. Refund inside that window and the dispute is resolved before it becomes a chargeback — no case to fight.

Prevention runs from the day your account goes live.

Your team, your rules

Payments touch money, so who sees what matters. Give everyone exactly the access they need, and let the dashboard reach each of them where they actually look.

Not everyone needs the keys

Five roles out of the box, or build your own. Every area of the dashboard is set to none, view or manage — so your bookkeeper never touches your checkout.

Full access to everything, including deleting the account.

Questions merchants ask us

Still something open? The team answers on WhatsApp, usually the same day.

How do you decide whether to accept my business?

We read what you actually run: your store, your products and how orders are fulfilled. A category label is not a decision — the onboarding asks for that context on purpose, and a person reviews it.

How long does the application take?

About 15 minutes with your documents at hand — seven steps you can complete in any order, saved as you go. You hear back within 24 hours, and most merchants are live the same week.

I was turned down elsewhere. Is it worth applying?

Usually yes. Being declined by a provider that never looked past your industry code says little about how your payments actually behave. Tell us what you sell and who fulfils it, and we will tell you where we stand.

Which documents do you need?

A fixed list per company type, shown in the onboarding before you start uploading — no surprise requests halfway through.

Can I keep processing while I switch?

Yes. Your current setup keeps running until you switch over; nothing changes for your customers before you decide it does.

When do I get paid?

On a published schedule — 3 to 7 business days on every method. Balance, scheduled payouts and the ones already sent all sit in the same dashboard, per store.

What does a payment actually cost me?

Every transaction shows what was charged, what the processing fee was, and what you keep. No bundled statement line — the same rate card the dashboard reads is public on our pricing page.

What happens when a customer disputes a payment?

Card issuers often warn us before a chargeback is filed. Refunding inside that window resolves the dispute before it becomes a chargeback. If one lands anyway, the case is already assembled — order, delivery, tracking and documents — and you add your side and submit.

Will one bad month put my account on hold?

We look at your dispute ratio per store and per product, not only company-wide. When something needs attention you hear it from a person first, not from a frozen payout.

Can I get paid in more than one currency?

In the EU and the UK, yes: next to your own currency you can be paid out in a second one — EUR, GBP or USD. Companies in the US and Hong Kong are paid out in USD or HKD. Either way, customers pay in their own currency and method, and you get one balance and one payout schedule across markets.

What happens when a payment is declined?

Multiple acquiring partners sit behind your checkout. When one route declines, the next one tries — the difference between a lost order and a sale.

Which payment methods can I offer?

24 across cards, wallets and local favourites, switched on per market. Which ones you can offer depends on where your business is registered, so check yours before you apply.

Can I give my team limited access?

Yes — five roles out of the box, or build your own. Every area of the dashboard is set to none, view or manage, so your bookkeeper never touches your checkout.

How do I hear about something urgent?

Per topic you pick a channel: e-mail, WhatsApp, or both. An alert with hours left can reach your phone while a payout confirmation waits in your inbox. Security notifications only ever go by e-mail.

Do I have to use your checkout as well?

No. Payments and checkout are one platform, but you can take either on its own — plenty of merchants start with one and add the other later.
