Everything your payments need, in one place
Checkout, processing and the people behind it — built as one platform, so the parts actually work together.
One platform, three principles
Not a checkout app with payments bolted on, or a PSP with a checkout as an afterthought — each part exists because the other two need it.
Checkout performance
A checkout your customers already know, tuned for one thing: more revenue from the same traffic.
Explore checkoutPayments infrastructure
Multiple acquiring partners, intelligent routing and 24 payment methods behind one integration.
Explore paymentsMerchant understanding
Approval based on your store, products and fulfilment — not a category label on a risk sheet.
How we evaluateCan customers pay how they expect?
24 methods — cards, wallets and the local favourites that decide conversion market by market.
View all methodsWill my conversion rate survive the switch?
The flow your customers already know from Shopify — same patterns, more of it under your control.

2 days agoDisputes, handled before they hurt
A chargeback costs you twice — the money and your rate. The platform intercepts disputes while they are still refundable.
Alerts before the chargeback
Pre-dispute alerts arrive while the payment can still be refunded — so the dispute can be resolved before it becomes a chargeback.
Automation you control
Set rules like “refund alerts under € 50 automatically” and let the platform handle the long tail.
Defend what you do not refund
Where you do not refund, you can still defend the chargeback, within the evidence deadline shown in your dashboard.
Approved for the business you actually run
Most providers score you on an industry code and stop there. We read the actual business — and with several acquiring partners behind us, a company that doesn't fit one can still fit another.

Does Checky Pro work with my Shopify store?
Yes — the checkout is built around the flow Shopify customers already know, and connects to your store during onboarding. Nothing changes for your customers until you switch it on.
How long does the application take?
About 15 minutes if you have your documents ready — seven guided steps you can complete in any order, saved as you go. You hear from us within 24 hours.
What do I need to apply?
Your company registration, the people behind the business, your store URL and a bank account for payouts. Dutch companies are pre-filled straight from the business register.
Can I apply if another provider turned me down?
Yes, and it happens often. We read the actual business — your store, your products and how you fulfil orders — and we work with several acquiring partners, so a company that does not fit one can still fit another.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, and no minimum term. You pay per accepted payment, plus the weekly platform fee for your plan.
Can I keep my checkout the way it is?
The flow your customers know stays — what changes is what you control: branding, upsells, local payment methods and the analytics behind it.
What can I customise?
Colours, logo and copy, the payment methods you show, shipping rates per country, and the upsells, cross-sells and aftersells you want to run. All without touching code.
Do I lose my pixels and tracking?
No — Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo and the rest of your stack are configured during onboarding, so your data keeps flowing from day one.
What happens to my current checkout while I set this up?
Nothing. You can run onboarding, connect your store and test everything before a single customer sees the new checkout.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Every store gets its own checkout, payment methods and payout schedule, and you switch between them in one dashboard.
Which payment methods can I offer?
24 methods across cards, wallets and local favourites, with Wero, Swish and Vipps on the way. Availability depends on where your business is registered — the payment methods page shows exactly what applies to your business.
How fast are payouts?
Every method settles in 3–7 business days. The schedule is public, so you know your cash flow before you go live.
What does it cost?
The rate card is public, per region — for a company in the EU, iDEAL at 1% + € 0,40 per payment, EEA cards from 2,95% + € 0,25. The pricing page has the complete overview, including the fees other providers keep for the fine print.
What happens when a customer files a chargeback?
Pre-dispute alerts reach your dashboard while the payment can still be refunded, so the dispute can be resolved before it becomes a chargeback. If a chargeback does follow, you can defend it from your dashboard.
Can I sell in more than one currency?
Yes. Customers pay in their own currency and you receive one balance, paid out in the currency of your region: EUR, GBP, USD or HKD. Companies in the EU and the UK can also be paid out in a second currency — EUR, GBP or USD.
